Please note that Studyworks is only the testing LOCATION. We DO NOT register or reschedule candidates. Studyworks DOES NOT collect any payments and all your payments go directly to Paragon, NOT to us.

What to bring on test day

• Only a valid, government-issued, unexpired Passport is acceptable as ID for the CELPIP


• A jacket in case you get cold


• Drinks and snacks if you have a break (Due to COVID-19, you will not be allowed to remove your masks when you are in the test center.  If you need to eat or drink you will have to step outside of the test center)

Identification requirements – Important!

What kind of identification should you bring to the test center?

We will only be able to accept a valid, non-expired passport as the Identification on test day.  We cannot accept photocopies of the Passport.  We cannot accept digital copies (photograph) of the Passport.

Candidates who do not bring the correct ID will NOT be allowed to take the test. It is your responsibility to bring the correct ID.

I’m Singaporean. Why can’t I use my IC?

We follow the rules and regulations set by the test organization that you are sitting for. For the CELPIP test, please bring your passport.

What to expect on test day

Please arrive at the test center BEFORE 9:15am on the day of your CELPIP exam.  We will not be able to admit any latecomers and you will be turned away if you arrive late. 

Upon arrival, you will be asked to use the TraceTogther app to register your entry into our test center.  This is for the Singapore Government's Covid-19 contact tracing purposes.  Studyworks does not collect, store, nor reuse the data collected through the TraceTogether app.  Your temperature will be taken and you will be asked to sanitize your hands using the hand santizers provided. 

If your temperature is above 37.5 celsius, you may be asked to retake your temperature after 10 minutes.  If your temperature continues to be above 37.5 celsius, you will be asked to reschedule your exam.  

You will then need to present your passport as your ID.  A locker will be assigned to you so that you can keep your personal belongings.  Please note that your pockets must be empty.  Your watch, mobile phone, wallet, as well as other electronic devices such as fitness trackers, heart rate monitors, should be locked away in the locker.  We will provide you with a pen and scratch paper for your exam.

Your photograph will be taken.  You do not need to smile for the photograph but may need to remove your eye glasses (if any) if they cause glare during the photo taking.  You will also be asked to sign on a digital signature pad.  The signature on your Passport must match exactly the signature on the digital signature pad.

Studyworks is a testing location, and conducts many different tests. As test information, content, structure etc. may change, we advise you to check with your testing organization for the latest updates.

How and when to get to our test centre

For candidates taking tests at 9:30am, please arrive before 9:15am.  Our test center will be open from 8:00am onwards on test days.

Please aim to arrive 45 to 60 minutes ahead of your scheduled test time. This will allow you to settle down, and help us process your check-in for the test. Please do not be late as we will not be able to admit you if you come after 9:15am.
